AI is increasingly used to create new content and advance business productivity but is also being used to deceive or enhance criminal activity. This presentation will explore the legal, security, communications, and investigative challenges associated with AI being used for constructive business purposes as well as deceptive or fraudulent purposes by criminals or adversary nation states.
