Threat actor identification and risk management processes are crucial for cyber operations within organizations. This talk will demo a framework for building digital twins from digital fingerprints of users in an organization that captures causal and cognitive aspects of user behavior, as well as the behavior of systems internal and external to the organization, to support key cyber operations.
